Three actions in the district court for Ramsey county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, one by Alfred E. Trudeau for personal injuries, damage to his automobile, and consequential damages for his wifes injuries; and the others by Elizabeth O. Trudeau and Jean N. Trudeau, the wife, for personal injuries, all arising out of a collision between an automobile operated by plaintiff Alfred E. Trudeau in which the other plaintiffs were passengers and a truck owned by defendant Sina Contracting Company, Inc., and operated by defendant John P. Sinna. The cases were tried before Kenneth G. Brill, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict in each case for defendants. Plaintiffs separately appealed from an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial.
